History of LJW Solar

LJW Solar is a third generation company with a history of solar installation since 1973.

Luke Williams, Director of LJW Solar Pty Limited, began in the industry at the age of 16, in his father’s solar hot water and space heating business and founded the company LJW Solar in the early eighties. The company has changed a lot, and yet, not much at all, designing and installing reliable photovoltaic and wind energy systems for a wide range of government, business and residential clients.

Luke is accredited as a renewable energy system designer and installer with the CEC [Clean Energy Council] Scheme for industry practitioners, and was one of the founding members of its forerunner, the Solar Energy Industry Association. Luke’s son, Ben Williams, is also a part of LJW Solar’s Installation & Service Team, providing the link to the company’s third generation in Solar Power

We provide our customers with the tools to join the fight for our environment by reducing their carbon footprint and achieving total sustainability through wind or solar power.
